The Show Chairman coordinates all aspects of staging our biannual shows.
Performance Coordinator receives and manages all performance requests. Determines availability, gathers requirements, negociates and sets fees, dates and times and coordinates with Director. Also manages the event.
Show Chair manages all aspects of the Spring and or Holiday Shows.
Duties include setting up a time table with deadlines for each task and regular follow up to ensure all deadlines are met. Here is an

The Show Chair reports to the Music Director and to the Board with updates.
Duties:
- Sets a show date with the Director
- Finds a venue and secures an event contract
- Oversees printing of tickets and tickets sales
- Oversees the creation and printing of Show Program
- Oversees and organizes the front of the house activities
- Oversees and organizes the back of the house activities
Sunshine Chair provides the personal care and support to our membership when needed.
The event could be a personal illness, family illness or loss. It could be a celebration of any sort, marriage, newborn, retirement, etc. It could also be a special thank you.
